The first thing you should do if you become injured during your training program, is seek professional advice to get an accurate diagnosis and rehabilitation plan. Go to the TTG Athlete Support section of the app and you can find some professionals that have been vetted and used personally by Meg, Will and the TTG team. Here you can book a session with a physio, strength & conditioning coach or other professional with confidence that their practice is tried and tested by athletes just like you.
Once you have sought professional advice and completed the required rehabilitation to return to pre-injury training, you can continue with the program from where you left off, unless you had a significant time away from training and need to build your strength back up, then you should restart the program you were training on.Â
